I represent many clients in various traffic courts throughout Franklin, Delaware and Madison Counties and all Mayors’ Courts within those jurisdictions. I represent many cab drivers in the Columbus area as well as individuals with commercial driver’s licenses who are in need of representation.
I represent small business owners and have experience in Corporate matters including Sub Chapter S Corporations and Limited Liability Companies in the State of Ohio. I have extensive experience in the Residential Real Estate field including the drafting of Leases, Real Estate Purchase Contracts, Land Contracts and facilitation of short sales.
My fees are hourly or flat rate, depending on the matter I am handling. My hourly rate is $275 per hour and flat rate fees vary by case.
